It has been a long time in coming, but I am pleased to say that we have successfully moved Plant Ecosse, not just to a new domain name but also a new web platform. Now that we are here, the main rebuilding starts.
As mentioned in the opening article on the home page, there is a dramatic cutback in the number on the number of articles on here - all will be explained.
Before making the move, we have gone over all of the content created over the years, and have held on to some of our timeless features as well as reports on some memorable moments during our short history, which is our new Flashback Section.
During the coming weeks as the country starts getting back to a new form of normal, we will bring new stories and featuring covering a wide range of subjects along with the launch of our YouTube Channel, Planet Ecosse in Motion, which will feature a number of reports on location, exclusive video clips along with links to specially commissioned features.
This is going to be a very busy year for Planet Ecosse, which becomes, not just our Scottish Webzine, but it will also be a web portal, providing links to our other online publications:
www.frankmcgroarty.com: The Brand Website for Author, Broadcaster and Planet Ecosse Editor, Frank McGroarty
www.tattiebogle.org: Our new publishing label for future Printed, E Book's and Online Publications.
Coming your way during 2021, will be our new Audio section, for exclusive Podcasts, Interviews and much more.........
The one big change on this platform will be the development of our social media presence. For news and announcements concering the site, please visit the Planet Ecosse Facebook Page which will also include a new feature for your comments on stories and any other topical points of discussion, the Planet Ecosse Facebook Group
